Demand scenarios

Assuming an el-table table contains merged rows, we want to achieve the following two hover effects:

Local highlighting (effect 1): When the mouse hovers over any row of a merged row, it will only highlight the row and its cells to the right, or only highlight a specific column. This requires precise control of the highlighted area.
Highlight the entire row (effect 2): When the mouse hovers over any row of the merge row, the entire merge row will be highlighted, including all cross-row cells.
