You can survive on berries in LEGO Fortnite if you want, but a hearty meal will always be better. With this in mind, here are all the new LEGO Fortnite Lost Isles foods and their effects.
There are multiple biomes in The Lost Isles, each with its own ecosystem, items, and foods. You have plenty of culinary delights to pick from, and here’s where you can find them all and what they do.
There’s also a decent selection of new weapons if you want to arm yourself first.

You can find bananas and coconuts in the beach biome, which are vital ingredients in new recipes. Both are plentiful in the area, but you must cut down trees to get them.
Bananas can be used to make Banana Pancakes when combined with an egg and Flour. The meal temporarily boosts your jump height. This buff has niche uses but may be handy if you’re exploring on foot, as you can jump roughly three times higher than usual.
Coconuts are a part of the new Tropical Smoothie recipe, which also requires two bananas and a pineapple. The Smoothie offers a superb quality-of-life buff, increasing your maximum Stamina for two minutes. We’ve all died of poor resource management, and the Smoothie ensures this will happen less often.

The Plains have another pair of new ingredients up for grabs: Pineapples and Klomberries. You can eat Pineapples raw, but they have far more valuable applications.
Klomberries are unique as they make the new Klombo mobs friendly. You can even ride a friendly Klombo, so it pays to keep a few in your pocket.
Pineapples can be used to make Hawaiian Pizzas when combined with flour, tomato, and cheese. Regardless of how you feel about the combination, the LEGO Fortnite version reduces stamina consumption for two minutes. As the Pizza requires so many ingredients, it also replenishes up to 16 hearts in your health gauge and a massive chunk of your hunger meter.

The Jungle biome is home to a superfood in the humble tomato. There is no unique recipe for the tomato outside the Hawaiian Pizza, but you can use a Grain Mill at your base to turn them into seeds. According to the patch notes, tomatoes are unique to the Jungle, but I’ve also found them in the Lost Isles Plains.
Those seeds can be planted on the main map, which is a great way to secure a steady supply. You can eat tomatoes raw for a quick health boost.
Mountains are a little light on food, although I found dozens of Pineapples on mine. At the time of writing, it seems as though the Mountain biome exists to get you closer to the Floating Islands above.
There are multiple geysers that throw you into the air, but it’s not worth the trip if you’re just after ingredients.
Unless you count chicken and eggs, Floating Islands are oddly devoid of new food or ingredients. These areas are rich in essence and trees for wood but don’t offer much to cure a rumbling tummy.
It’s a shame there aren’t rare ingredients hidden in the clouds. On the Bright Side, you don’t have to travel far to unlock every new recipe in the Lost Isles.
The Lost Isles are a great addition to LEGO Fortnite, but nothing beats the Vehicle update from earlier in 2024. Building a car isn’t as difficult as you may think and is much faster than running.
