Leaked HMD Hyper color options show a yellow hue different from that of the Lumia 920

The HMD Hyper is an upcoming smartphone from the Finnish phone manufacturer, HMD Global. A render of the image along with most of the specs were leaked last month, and they have now been followed by a new image showing all of the color options as well as additional info.

The HMD Hyper is shown in four colors in the image posted on X by @smashx_60, the same source that shared the render and specs last month. The image shows the phone will be available in a yellow-hue that's actually not identical to that of the Lumia 920. It will also be available in Blue Topaz like the HMD Skyline(available on Amazon.de for€521) as well as Red and Gray.

It is not known if all of these colors would be available at launch. There's also the possibility that certain colors may be exclusive to select regions. Nevertheless, it is good to see that the Hyper will be available in a variety of color options.

In addition to the color options, the source also published the specs. Save for the screen size which is revealed to be 6.55 inches and the phone having an IP54 dust and water resistance rating, the rest of the details are the same as from the last leak.

The HMD Hyper is reported to have a 120Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It is also expected to launch with triple rear cameras that include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 13MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide angle camera while the front camera is a 50MP sensor.

Other features are a 4700mAh battery capacity, 33W fast wired charging, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, and NFC. There's still no info on a release date but with IFA Berlin scheduled to kick off this weekend, there's a chance the launch is around the corner.
