Anker has launched the Nebula Capsule Air Google TV Projector. The company claims that its new portable model is the most compact projector on the market with Google TV; it is just 5.51 inches (~140 mm) tall and weighs 22.93 oz (~650 g). It was rumored earlier this year and arrives alongside the more powerful Cosmos 4K SE.
The Capsule Air uses DLP 0.16 DMD display technology, delivering up to 150 ANSI lumens brightness. With a 720p resolution, you can throw images up to 100 inches (~254 cm) wide, and an integrated 34Wh battery allows up to two hours of playback time, recharging via USB-C. Like the Cosmos 4K SE, the Capsule Air has Google TV with built-in Netflix, and you can perfect the image with autofocus and keystone correction tools.
The projector comes with a Snap-On Base to mount the projector to a wall or shelf, or you can purchase a Gimbal Stand with a 360° adjustable angle. Plus, a Power Bank Tripod allows you to tilt the projector up to 90° while providing an extra two hours of runtime thanks to a 9,600mAh battery. You can now buy the Anker Nebula Capsule Air Google TV Projector in the US for $399.99. It is unclear whether or when the model will launch in other regions. The Gimbal Stand and Power Bank Tripod cost $49.99 and $129.99, respectively.
