


Poor financial situation, Intel postpones September 2024 On technology innovation conference to 2025
According to news from this site on August 9, Intel’s official website page shows that the company has postponed the new Intel On Technology Innovation Conference (Intel Innovation) originally scheduled to be held from September 24 to 25, 2024 local time, to 2025.
In a statement provided to foreign media PCMag, Intel said:
Given that our financial results and outlook for the second half of 2024 are more severe than previously expected, we must make some difficult decisions to continue to adjust our cost structure and assess how we can rebuild a sustainable engine of process technology leadership.

Referring to previous reports on this site, Intel may have originally planned to release new products such as an unlocked version of the Core Ultra 2nd generation desktop processor (codenamed "Arrow Lake-S") at the 2024 On Technology Innovation Conference, but Intel now needs to re- Choose a time to publish.
