Officially stated that the service currently supports more than 250 lines, covering some cities in 14 provinces (autonomous regions) including Jilin, Gansu, Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Liaoning, Guangdong, Yunnan, Shanxi, and Guangxi. Click on the "Bus Ticket" service on the Railway 12306 App, select "Scheduled Bus", enter the departure place, arrival place and date to check the available buses. You can flexibly choose the pick-up/drop-off point according to your needs.

There is no need to collect tickets for the "fixed bus" service. You can use the bus code to board the bus. You can check the dispatch phone number in the "Order Details" to inquire about the specific bus situation.

If you need reimbursement, you can apply for an electronic invoice on the 12306 App "Destined Bus Ticket Order" within 90 days from the next day after the trip ends; currently, fixed-point buses only sell full-price tickets, and there are no discounted tickets such as children's tickets and student tickets. Optional; the pre-sale period is 15 days, and changes are not supported at the moment.
