我看到很多的BIWEB 和SMARTY网页里面有很多的常见类都是英文注释我想这些类也是别人下载的吧，有没有人告诉我些网站来下载这些常见的类啊，最好注释是中文的，谢谢了。

BIWEB 是中国人写的，却也使用英文注释，很奇怪吗？一点不，因为沾点“洋”就吃香
很多国产软件都使用英文注释，然后请人再翻译成中文手册。
这就所谓国际化，其实中文同样也是联合国工作语言。在这点上俄国人就好，俄文的就是俄文的。看不懂？你找人翻译呀
呵呵，有点离题了。

至于开源的应用项目，实在太多了。如果你的硬盘以T计，当然也是可以都去下载的。不过等你一一看过，也就去见上帝了
