ORA-00054 resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified：

CAUSE：

KILL掉占用资源的进程，如果是重要事务锁定，则需等待完成。

查看锁定对象：

select * from V$LOCKED_OBJECT ;

alter system kill session '101,11';

ORA-00911: 无效字符
