4,重新创建DBCONSOLE:(如果是在windows下,要先到注册表删除DBCONSOLE的服务,重启电脑)

根据提示,先输入SID,再输入Y继续;
输入端口1521,输入SYS密码,输入DBSNMP密码,输入SYSMAN 密码,输入Y继续
完成。
以上是常见的。但是自己试了下,会出现如下问题:
1.输入dbsnmp,sysman密码的时候光标闪烁,乱飘。不知道原因,,但是强行输入,可以继续。
2.会报错,查看日志,说是有一个对象 public synonym mgmt_availblity 已存在关联。 重新执行以上语句,加上drop此对象的语句即可。
