原因：
这是未公开的bug。7828187 ASMCMD CP FAILS WITH FILES BIGGER THAN 2GB
该bug在 11.1.0.8 and 11.2中被修复。
解决方法：
1. 使用off-patch Patch 7828187
2. 使用rman 命令来copy file
