近日，根据Oracle报道，Oracle发布了Oracle Solaris 11 Express,主要新特性包括：
>> 安装（自动安装工具等）
>> 软件和系统管理（网络安装工具IPS等）
>> 虚拟化
>> 存储（ZFS特性等）
>> 网络
>> 安全(zfs加密等)
>> 更多的硬件平台支持（SPARC T3和Nehalem等）
Oracle Solaris 11 Express在SPARC和x86体系的一些Oracle系统上充分测试过的，包括Exadata Database machine和Exalogic Elastic Cloud，以及一些第三方支持的硬件平台。
