1.       客户在TT上添加了不少的defects,其中有4个是bug,其中有1bug是我们报给客户的

2.       客户反馈的优先级较低的bug中,有部分是拼写上的错误

3.       重构了系统的对charge的计算代码

4.       在周五的项目会议中,方**建议向客户提出优化IOs设计的方案

 

本周一解决了一个紧急程度为Nowbug,并向客户提交了相关的Sp;在周二,针对当前紧急程度为SPbug,向客户提交了我们的工作计划,打算本周五再向客户提交一个版本;客户对这封邮件的回复是它们还继续在他们的客户那里收集新的需求;周三客户添加了优先级为Spdefect;周四我们向客户发送了一封关于一个defect的实现细节邮件,周五客户没有在回复的邮件中回答我们的问题,她说她们还需要向她们的客户确认。于是周五给客户发送了一封当前的工作进度邮件。直至周五,我们还有一个优先级较高的defect由于客户没有回复而没有完成,有一个bug由于测试量很大,剩下的工作需要周一完成。

质量评价:55

这周从客户的反馈可以看出,我们前一段时间的测试力度不够,我应该在这上面反省,调整工作安排,这个55不是对我们这周工作的评价,而是对以前工作评价的一个修正,而未来是什么样子,要靠我们大家现在的努力。从另外一个方面来看,我们要对我们的工作方法进行改革,以缩短我们改bug中的不必要时间开销,这样我们才正真有时间来进行保证产品质量的测试工作。在目前的方法中,我希望大家能够实践代码驱动方法,这种方法可以减少我们在开发中的不必要的时间开销。从长远的角度看,大家还需要在代码重构上积累经验,确定系统中的设备,为后面的单元测试做好准备。

周五的项目讨论会,大家都提出了对项目的积极意见,虽然并不是每一种意见都能立即在项目实践中体现,但是我相信这些意见会给项目带来潜移默化的影响。
