看到自己想看的函数没有翻译，所以想自己翻译完了，对其他人也有帮助，所以像参与下翻译。
之前看到code.google有，但是那个好像很多年没推进了。
现在是否还有组织在跟进此事？我之前想在官方上直接编辑，但是好像无效。

官方手册有一个 https://edit.php.net/ 这样的功能可以编辑
或者也可以自己fork一个手册，做一个自己翻译的版本
直接在线查看手册，页面里就有翻译，可以在线翻译、
