WordPress theme management

In this chapter, we will learn about Topic Management. It includes image files, templates, CSS style sheets, and more to help your website look good. This chapter discusses how to install and add a new or custom theme in WordPress.

The following are the steps for theme management.

Step (1) - Select Appearance → Themes from the information center.

#Step (2) - The following screen will be displayed. Hover over any topic and click Topic Details.

##Step (3) - When you click When topic details is displayed, the following page will be displayed. It includes details related to the topic. Details (like version, description, tags, etc.)

If you want to add this theme to your webpage/site, then click

Activate, If you just want to view the theme, click Live Preview.

If you click on activate, then you will get a pop-up message as-

Step (4) - Click on customize.

Step (5) - On the left side of the page, you can customize the theme. Any changes you make or any new content you add will appear on the right side of the page.
