WordPress View Plugin

In this chapter, we will learn how to view plugins in WordPress. It helps you enable and disable WordPress plugins. This will add unique functionality to your existing website. Plugins extend and expand the functionality of WordPress.
Here are the simple steps to view plugins in WordPress.

Step (1) - Click Plugins → Installed PluginsInstalled plugins in the administrator.

Step (2) – You will see a list of existing plugins on your website as shown in the screen below.

Display plugin and description table. The name of the plugin is defined in the Plugin column and a brief description of the plugin is defined under the Description column.

Toolbar

The following functions are displayed as plugin toolbar options on the page:
Active - Displays active plugins on the site.
Inactive - Displays installed but inactive plugins on the website.
Update Available - Shows if a new version is available or requires an immediate update.
