1.               API Click on the billing page: Billing and Invoice Application Button, Enter the invoice application page. Or you can directly visit Accounting Room System to enter the invoice application page to apply for an invoice.

2.                       On the invoice application page:

First check whether you have a bill generated. APITechnical service fee invoice can be issued only in the month where there is a bill.

(3)

When you have a bill, you can enter the invoice management page and issue an invoice.
