我们是这样的，通过微信开放授权获得用户的头像昵称等信息，并在数据库中创建对应的用户。
打赏的时候，调用微信的支付接口，支付成功微信会返回一个状态。
页面轮询获得已经打赏成功的用户。

除非微信开放了API接口，要不没办法，不过也可以试试爬虫。看能不能抓取。
