mac mysql 无法登录root用户 急!! 求神人指点

mysqlmac密码
刚刚在mac下安装了MySQL 谁知道这个坑爹的东西竟然无法登录 win下的密码root不管用
报错如下：
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~$ mysql -u root -p
Enter password:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
mysql版本：mysql-5.7.9-osx10.10-x86_64.dmg（官方网站下载的）
