同时访问两个php页面遇到的问题

** a.php: **
echo date('h:i:s') . "\n";
sleep(10);
echo date('h:i:s') . "\n";
** b.php: **
phpinfo();
环境:
nginx + php-cgi
如果我直接访问b.php,会立即显示出phpinfo的那些信息.
如果我直接访问a.php,会等待10秒钟显示出信息.
如果我先访问a.php,同时在另外一个标签访问b.php,为什么两个页面都要等待10秒钟才能一起显示?
