步骤：
1。新建一个图层，用矩形工具画个长方形并填充淡黄色。
2。打开滤镜-杂色-添加杂色，参数按需要设置。
3。按住CTRL F 重复几次效果。
4。把它的图层样式设成颜色加深，并打开图层样式表设成选择内阴影，参数如图所示。
完成！
