Lei Jun revealed that Xiaomi SU7 achieved impressive results in the test at the Zhejiang International Circuit (Zhejiang Race). Under the original factory settings, the model's lap time reached 1 minute, 42 seconds and 163 seconds. This result even surpassed some million-level luxury electric cars on the market, such as the Porsche Taycan Turbo S and Tesla Model S Plaid. When Xiaomi SU7 was replaced with Michelin CUP 2R semi-hot-melt tires, its lap time increased to 1 minute 38 seconds 043, making it the fastest car within the 500,000 yuan unit in Zhejiang competition. In another test at the Jingang Circuit, Xiaomi SU7 also ranked fifth with a time of 1:09.54, once again proving its speed advantage among models priced under 500,000 yuan.

According to the editor’s understanding, Xiaomi Motors also announced a series of future development plans at the press conference. Lei Jun said the company is working to expand production capacity and has set a goal of delivering 10 million vehicles in 2024. The delivery plan will begin on April 18, with the Standard and Max editions being delivered first, followed by the Pro edition at the end of May. It is expected that by the end of June, monthly delivery volume will exceed 1 million vehicles.
