In Excel, you can first enter the names in no order, and then select the name column cells. Click the [Sort] button in the [Sort and Filter] function group on the [Data] tab in the Excel ribbon.
In the pop-up options window, select the [Data includes title] option displayed in the upper right corner, and set the primary keyword option to the name column.
After successful setting, select the [Options] button above the options window, and in the [Sort Options] window that automatically pops up, select [Sort by Stroke]. Then select OK, and the name column will be automatically sorted according to strokes.
