


Global TV OEM market Q1 shipments increased by 5.5% year-on-year, with MOKA retaining top spot
This report shows that in the first quarter of 2024, the global TV OEM market as a whole (including the four self-owned factories of Changhong, Konka, Skyworth, and Hisense) shipped a total of 23.532 million units, an increase from the same period in 2023 5.5%, achieving continuous growth in Q1 shipments in the past three years.

MOKA’s shipments reached 3.25 million in the first quarter Taiwan, once again ranked first in the world, with a slight year-on-year growth of 3.2%, and its lead over the second place TPV (TPV) reached nearly 900,000 units.
TPV (TPV) shipped 2.39 million units in the first quarter, ranking second in the professional OEM market, a year-on-year decrease of approximately 9.0%.
AMTC shipped 2.12 million units in the first quarter, a year-on-year decrease of 15.5%, ranking third among professional OEMs.
Express Luck shipped approximately 1.72 million units in the first quarter, a significant year-on-year increase of 54.8%, becoming the professional foundry with the largest growth in the first quarter, ranking Jumped to fourth place.
BOE VT (video) shipped 1.69 million units in the first quarter, a slight decrease of 1.4% year-on-year, ranking fifth among professional foundries. Major customers include Vizio, Samsung, LGE, Xiaomi, Hisense, Huawei, SONY and HIFI.
Foxconn (Foxconn) shipped 1.56 million units in the first quarter, ranking seventh among professional foundries, with shipments increasing slightly by 0.6% year-on-year.
HKC (Huike) shipped 1.5 million units in the first quarter, a significant year-on-year increase of 40.2%, ranking eighth among professional OEMs.
JPE (Jinpin) and Innolux (Innolux) both shipped less than one million units, down 8.9% and 13.5% respectively from the same period last year. Among them, Innolux’s shipments for the quarter were only over 500,000 units.

Luotu Technology data shows that in the first quarter, brand shipments in the global TV market were basically the same as last year. There are three reasons for the growth:
Under the clear trend of panel price increases, the strategy of settling at low prices has accelerated the pace of order placing and shipment by brand manufacturers;
This year is a big year for sports. Promotional stocking is ahead of schedule, especially the growth of orders in Europe and the United States, which has driven the global TV OEM market;
The proportion of outsourced manufacturing for Korean brands and some major domestic brands has increased.
