As of the end of October last year, the penetration rates of broadband access users with access rates of 1,000Mbps and above in the eastern, central, western and northeastern regions were 25.3%, 23%, 23.6% and 15.2% respectively.

The penetration rates of broadband access users with access rates of 1000Mbps and above in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta regions are 25.2% and 23.7% respectively.
