Linux 5.19 update released, upgrade Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS maintenance version

Canonical today launched the second maintenance version update of Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish), 6 months after the last update.

Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS maintenance version update not only fixes bugs in previous version updates and introduces security fixes, but also upgrades the kernel to Linux 5.19 and updates the graphics stack to Mesa 22.2.5.

Including Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Ubuntu Studio, Ubuntu Budgie, Ubuntu MATE and Ubuntu Kylin, all official flavor versions have been simultaneously updated to Ubuntu 22.04.2, and new ISO images have been released. The above-mentioned flavor versions will be supported for 3 years, while the official Ubuntu version will be supported for 5 years.
