When reinstalling the win10 system, we may find that only the C drive is left after the installation. It may be caused by reasons such as reinstalling the system without partitions during use. So what should we do?
1. Click, right-click, and you will enter the interface.
2. Then click, we can see the content information of the disk on the right side.
3. Let’s select one of the disks with larger remaining space. Here, we will take an example to introduce it.
4. Then right-click, there will be a drop-down menu option, let’s click it.
5. Click the box at the back and enter a value (must be larger than the value above). Here, 140960 is set, which is 40GB.
6. Wait for compression. After the compression is completed, we will find that the computer has an extra green disk with a storage capacity of 40GB. (This step only separates the new disk, but it is not shown, so we have to add a new volume)
7. Then we will add the green disk , right-click once, select Options, and click Next about 4 times.
8. Then click, we will add the new disk, and the green disk will turn blue.
9. When we open it again, we can see that it exists, so the addition is successful.
