Microsoft Edge 视频翻译功能目前仅支持 4 种语言 - 您知道哪些语言是支持的吗?

Remember our report that Microsoft Edge is about to launch a native video translation feature? Well, a recent discovery from the internal community just indicated positive development of the feature.

Insider @Leopeva64 shared their findings on X (fka Twitter). Basically, four languages are supported so far: English, French, Spanish and Russian.

All you need to do is right click on the video , then click the Translate button. This change was discovered in an experimental version of the browser and it doesn't yet work properly.

When you click on the icon, a sidebar will open where you can translate the video. Translations will appear in the sidebar instead of as subtitles for the video.

Is it possible to support more languages? Only time will tell, but we’ll keep you posted.

If Microsoft Edge launches this video translation feature before Google Chrome, it will bring significant advantages to Edge. With Copilot integration and video translation, Edge will be a very useful and versatile browser.
