Specifically, the charging service fee for electric vehicles is capped at 0.65 yuan per kilowatt-hour, excluding electricity costs. The battery replacement service fee will be charged based on the vehicle's mileage, with a maximum limit of 0.60 yuan per kilometer. This fee includes electricity fees, battery rental, charging and replacement services, etc.

In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, the notice clearly stipulates that charging and replacement service fees should be managed in accordance with government-guided prices.
