How to Enable Standby on iOS 17

Here’s how to enable Standby on an iPhone running iOS 17. Please follow the steps below to help you through the process.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap Standby.

Now click and enable the Standby switch at the top.

Next, if you have an iPhone 14 Pro or later, tap and enable the Always On switch. This will allow standby to remain visible while the iPhone detects your attention. It will intelligently turn off the display once you are no longer looking at it.
