Gartner report predicts that more than 100 million people will work with generative AI by 2026
June 5 news, generative AI represented by ChatGPT and Midjourney is constantly attracting attention from all walks of life around the world. UBS analyst Michael Briest recently cited a report from IT research and consulting firm Gartner that more than 100 million people will work with generative AI in 2026.
Brist said: "In the next few years, generative AI will have an impact on the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, media, architecture, interior design, engineering, automotive, aerospace, defense, medical, electronics and energy industries. Huge impact."
Brister said that this Gartner report shows that from now to 2027, generative AI will further accelerate enterprise innovation. The report makes five predictions:
- By 2025, more than 30% of new drugs and new materials will be systematically discovered by generative AI technology;
- By 2025, comprehensive The use of data will reduce the total amount of real data required for machine learning by 70%;
- By 2025, 30% of external marketing information for large organizations will be generated by AI, compared with less than 2% in 2022 % increased by more than 15 times;
- By 2026, more than 100 million people will work with robot colleagues (generative AI), and they will perform their respective duties and make corresponding contributions within their respective functional scopes ;
- By 2027, nearly 15% of new applications will be automatically generated by AI without human intervention. For comparison, there are currently (2023) no applications automatically generated by AI.
Brist quoted Gartner’s predictions as saying that generative AI will have a significant impact on the labor market, and concerns about human living space being squeezed by AI are also growing.
IT House pointed out: Generative artificial intelligence can learn existing data and generate new data to achieve functions similar to human creativity. Its most important feature is its ability to automatically generate new content, using algorithms to generate images, text, music, video works and code.

There were some very insightful perspectives in this speech—background information about engineering that showed us why artificial intelligence is so good at supporting people’s physical exercise. I will outline a core idea from each contributor’s perspective to demonstrate three design aspects that are an important part of our exploration of the application of artificial intelligence in sports. Edge devices and raw personal data This idea about artificial intelligence actually contains two components—one related to where we place large language models and the other is related to the differences between our human language and the language that our vital signs “express” when measured in real time.
