On June 2, the Nitrux team released the latest version of the Nitrux 2.8.1 operating system. Nitrux 2.8.1 is a Debian-based GNU/Linux distribution focused on building systems around KDE Plasma and the application ecosystem, and breaking away from systemd.

Nitrux 2.8.1 brings a series of major updates. The first is the introduction of the Linux 6.3 kernel series, which will provide better performance and stability.
