The ISO image named tiny10 2303 x86.iso is only 3.1 GB, which is significantly smaller than the ISO size of Windows 10, which weighs more than 5 GB.

Microsoft's official recommendation for Windows 10 is 2 GB RAM and 20 GB storage for the 64-bit version. The Tiny10 doesn't require nearly as much.
