Microsoft releases Windows 11 update stack package 1022.705.1011.0

Microsoft has released another Windows 11 update stack package as it continues to test this new feature to deliver quality improvements outside of major Windows feature updates. Microsoft's goal is to minimize the problems that certain updates in the installation may cause by updating stack packages.
Microsoft is starting to test update stack packages with Build 22478 or newer, and will begin rolling out the feature to everyone later this year. Microsoft has now released another version "Update Stack Pack 1022.705.1011.0" with an unknown number of fixes or improvements as no changelog is available.
Microsoft officials stated in a blog post published earlier this year: "Update stack packages will help ensure that your PC has the best chance of successfully installing new updates and providing the best and least disruptive Experience."
Obviously, the update stack package 1022.705.1011.0 is only released for users in the development channel. If all goes according to plan, Update Stack Packages will appear in the production channel after the release of Windows 11 version 22H2 (Sun Valley 2) in the fall.
We don’t know exactly how Update Stack Packages will improve the Windows Update experience, but Microsoft officials have previously explained that when monthly or feature updates are coming, these packages will be deployed to improve stability.
In other words, update stack packages are smaller updates that will be delivered before cumulative updates to reduce issues reported after release or during update installation. Anticipating this before installing a stack package reduces the chance of installation errors, such as installing before a major cumulative update.
Currently, Microsoft is testing this feature in preview builds and only on the Dev Channel, with only a small set of unknown improvements. If proven successful, the move will likely start rolling out to devices that have been upgraded to Windows 11 version 21H2 (the original version).
