配置时需要注意的问题。
因为是在win7 64位的系统上，所以apache应该也是64位的，否则启动时会提示%1 is not a valid win32 application
apache ，mysql下的bin都添加到环境变量path中。
配置好后启动apache：用http：//localhost 查看hph的代码是否能够执行。
