Open the downloaded CSV file directly with Excel. You will see garbled Chinese characters and normal numbers. The phenomenon is shown in the figure below.
Please open a blank excel file normally and position the mouse on the first row and column. The position of the mouse here will determine the subsequent csv file to be opened. The position displayed in excel is as shown in the figure below.
