How to transpose an Excel table

Steps to transpose Excel table:

1. Open the excel table. There are two columns of data AB below, and you want to convert them into OK;

2. First, select all two columns of data, then click to copy, or directly press Ctrl C to copy;

3. Then right-click the mouse where you want to copy, and then click "Paste Special" to enter the setting interface;

4. Select "Value" in the "Paste Special" function box, select None for "Operation", select "Transpose", and then click the OK button below;

5, After clicking OK, you will get two rows of data as shown in the figure below, that is, the columns have been successfully transposed into rows. Similarly, the same steps are used to transpose rows into columns.
