1. Open PS, find the crop tool in the toolbar, and set the properties to a width of 2.5 cm, a height of 3.5 cm, and a resolution of 300 pixels. This is a one-inch photo, so set it this way. Other sizes should be set to other values. You can drag it to the appropriate location in the picture box.
#2. Set the white border of the photo, click Image-Canvas Size, check Relative, and set the width and height to 0.04 cm. The canvas expansion color is white, OK. Here is the bleeding bit.
3. Edit-define the pattern and confirm. Then look at the size of the canvas. The width is 3.0 cm and the height is 3.9 cm. We added 0.4 cm for the bleeding position.
4. File-New, set width to 12 cm and height to 7.8 cm. Resolution 300.
5. Become a new canvas.
#6. Edit-Fill, select the pattern in the content, click Define Pattern, and OK. Just get the ID photo we usually see.
