Solution to exception reported because there is no end tag in html

When using thymeleaf as the template engine in spring boot, although it meets the decoupling requirements to a large extent, it is often troublesome because of its strict HTML5 format (such as the need for an end tag).

Solution:

Change the default value of spring.thymeleaf.mode to the strict mode of "HTML5" to the non-strict mode of "LEGACYHTML5"; the use of LEGACYHTML5 needs to be matched with the nekohtml dependency .

The implementation steps are as follows:

Step 1: Add

spring.thymeleaf.mode=LEGACYHTML5

to application.properties. Step 2: Add dependent jar to pom

If not added The related nekohtml will report an exception when triggering the page:
