The installed wamp3.0.6 version has been switched to online status in the settings; other machines in the same LAN can access through IP and prompt 403 forbidden; however, in the previous version, just set Allow all in the Directory in httpd.conf, but now this 3.0. Even if version 6 is set, online access to the same LAN cannot be achieved.
According to the official document, setting apache2.4.23 to Require all granted also has no effect

Look at the error.log of apache under wamp, which contains detailed error information. Find the problem based on the error message.

Can you ping the IP? Also pay attention to the firewall settings

The essence of the network service provided by wamp is apache. Normally, you can troubleshoot according to the problem that the apache server cannot respond. If it prompts 403, it should be accessible to the host. Check the apache log
