Problems with php installation from linux source code

I installed php from the source code in the Linux system. The installation path was /usr/local/php. Then after the installation was completed, the php.ini file was not found in the /usr/local/php/etc folder. There is only php-fpm.conf.default file. What’s going on? Please give me some answers
