Add
extension=php_yaf.dll

Save php.ini-development as php.ini

Apache24 operation
Installation
Open cmd.exe as administrator
Go to D:Apache24bin
Installation: httpd -k install
Start: httpd -k start
Stop: httpd -k stop
Restart: httpd -k restart
Uninstall :httpd -k uninstall
