Development environment setup and corresponding file configuration for getting started with PHP development
Notes taken during the study process.
1. What can php be used for?
Web pages can be programmed using JavaScript. However, the capabilities of JavaScript are limited. JavaScript usually runs on the browser (client). It can create special effects on web pages: the background changes color when the mouse rolls over it, and the common pop-up menu when the mouse rolls over the web page. But if you want JavaScript to display "the total number of people who visited the website", it can't do anything, because it can only get the client's information, and the "total number of people who visited the website" is stored on the server side. Therefore, another programming language that can run on the server side is needed, and PHP language is one of them, because it can run on the Web server side. Therefore, the characteristics of PHP can be summarized as:
1. Running on the server side; most of the data of the WEB website is stored on the server side, and PHP is used to process the data stored on the server.
2. Cross-platform; the server can be a server on multiple platforms, such as Linux, Windows, and Unix. In this way, the efficiency of program writing can be improved.
3. Scripting language; PHP is run by writing scripts, which are lines of computer instructions, just like other scripts.
4. Free trial.
2. Download and install wampServer integrated environment
W——Windows; A——Apache; M——MySQL; P——php. Because they are often put together for trial use during development, they are packaged into wampserver, an integrated development package - a powerful web development platform.
Download: www.wampserver.com; switch to the English version in the upper right corner to enter the download interface and select your operating system: Select your favorite installation directory. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
When the green icon as shown in the picture appears in the lower right corner of the screen:
To check whether the installation is successful, you can enter localhost in the browser and select Enter. If the following interface appears, it means it is done!
3. Get started
Right-click the green icon in the lower right to select the language. Click the icon to display phpmyadmin, which is a visual database management tool. www is the root directory where web page files are stored. In the MySQL console under MySQL, enter the default password of wamp in the pop-up window and press Enter to process data on the database. 4. The wamp service cannot be started after it is installed The possible reason is that the Apache port is occupied. Just modify it to an unoccupied port number; the steps to modify the default port are as follows: Click the icon to open the httpd.conf configuration file under Apache, ctrl+F, enter 80 and press Enter, modify listener 80 (modify to 8080); continue Find the next one: ServerName Localhost: 80; Ctrl+S can be modified, and then restart the service. Because the default port has been modified, the webpage visited in the future is no longer localhost/test.php; but needs to be localhost8080/test.php; 5. Modification of the webpage root directoryAs mentioned earlier, www is the root where webpage files are stored. The directory can only be accessed by the server if it is placed in www, but not everyone wants to put it in a file. In this case, some configuration files need to be modified. 1. Click the green icon to open Apache>httpd.conf. After opening, use the shortcut key ctrl+f and enter documentroot. After searching, you can modify the file address in the configuration file, which is the folder you want to use to store web page files. Two places need to be modified:5

The above introduces the development environment construction and corresponding file configuration for getting started with PHP development, including the relevant content. I hope it will be helpful to friends who are interested in PHP tutorials.

PHP and Python each have their own advantages, and the choice should be based on project requirements. 1.PHP is suitable for web development, with simple syntax and high execution efficiency. 2. Python is suitable for data science and machine learning, with concise syntax and rich libraries.

PHP is not dying, but constantly adapting and evolving. 1) PHP has undergone multiple version iterations since 1994 to adapt to new technology trends. 2) It is currently widely used in e-commerce, content management systems and other fields. 3) PHP8 introduces JIT compiler and other functions to improve performance and modernization. 4) Use OPcache and follow PSR-12 standards to optimize performance and code quality.

The future of PHP will be achieved by adapting to new technology trends and introducing innovative features: 1) Adapting to cloud computing, containerization and microservice architectures, supporting Docker and Kubernetes; 2) introducing JIT compilers and enumeration types to improve performance and data processing efficiency; 3) Continuously optimize performance and promote best practices.

In PHP, trait is suitable for situations where method reuse is required but not suitable for inheritance. 1) Trait allows multiplexing methods in classes to avoid multiple inheritance complexity. 2) When using trait, you need to pay attention to method conflicts, which can be resolved through the alternative and as keywords. 3) Overuse of trait should be avoided and its single responsibility should be maintained to optimize performance and improve code maintainability.

Dependency Injection Container (DIC) is a tool that manages and provides object dependencies for use in PHP projects. The main benefits of DIC include: 1. Decoupling, making components independent, and the code is easy to maintain and test; 2. Flexibility, easy to replace or modify dependencies; 3. Testability, convenient for injecting mock objects for unit testing.

SplFixedArray is a fixed-size array in PHP, suitable for scenarios where high performance and low memory usage are required. 1) It needs to specify the size when creating to avoid the overhead caused by dynamic adjustment. 2) Based on C language array, directly operates memory and fast access speed. 3) Suitable for large-scale data processing and memory-sensitive environments, but it needs to be used with caution because its size is fixed.

PHP handles file uploads through the $\_FILES variable. The methods to ensure security include: 1. Check upload errors, 2. Verify file type and size, 3. Prevent file overwriting, 4. Move files to a permanent storage location.

In JavaScript, you can use NullCoalescingOperator(??) and NullCoalescingAssignmentOperator(??=). 1.??Returns the first non-null or non-undefined operand. 2.??= Assign the variable to the value of the right operand, but only if the variable is null or undefined. These operators simplify code logic, improve readability and performance.

SecLists
SecLists is the ultimate security tester's companion. It is a collection of various types of lists that are frequently used during security assessments, all in one place. SecLists helps make security testing more efficient and productive by conveniently providing all the lists a security tester might need. List types include usernames, passwords, URLs, fuzzing payloads, sensitive data patterns, web shells, and more. The tester can simply pull this repository onto a new test machine and he will have access to every type of list he needs.
