What have you been doing these nine years - Band of Brothers IT Education

2006 came later than 2005. That was when Band of Brothers started to make preparations. Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, 9 years have passed. I never thought that we would persist in doing this for so long and may have to do this for the rest of our lives... Someone once asked me why you founded Band of Brothers in the first place, and I said, Because I think I can make money. I don’t want to sugarcoat my original intention, but I didn’t expect that as I continued to do this, it would become a responsibility and a belief. Treating education as a rice bowl may satisfy the needs of material life; treating education as a career can also bring about spiritual gains of self-worth realization. I always feel that a teacher who views education as a career can gain more happiness. When you are doing something meaningful, you may be tired, but you will be tired and happy, and even enjoy it and never tire of it. If someone asks me what Band of Brothers wants to develop into, I would answer that we want to be a serious school.  Nowadays, in many universities, the buildings are becoming more and more beautiful. However, the teachers don’t act like teachers. They lecture and blur the knowledge and just follow the textbook. The students don’t act like students either. They sleep in class and play mobile phones in a daze, and after class they watch movies and play games. Falling in love eventually makes the school not look like a school. We have had many teachers since childhood, but how many of them do you respect from the bottom of your heart when you call them teacher? Maybe you think it’s just a title and it’s just a polite word. You might even call him teacher to his face and secretly greet his family behind his back. The teacher told me that I was worried that the teacher in Band of Brothers would be irresponsible. I told him that in Band of Brothers, we do not allow such things to happen. If the teacher does not teach seriously, he is a bastard. The words are not nice, but I really That's what I think. Every young person who comes to Band of Brothers has a dream. Behind this trust is a heavy responsibility, and the teacher not only imparts knowledge, but also the guardian of the students' dreams. To be a teacher, you must behave like one. Teacher is a very sacred title in our minds. We preach, teach, and resolve doubts. We are in awe of this profession.
