PHP 5.4.8 and 5.3.18 released_PHP Tutorial

The PHP development team released two updated versions today, namely 5.4.8 and 5.3.18. These two versions have fixed more than 20 bugs. All PHP users are recommended to upgrade to 5.4.8 immediately. Or at least upgrade to 5.3.18.
Two key problem fixes:
Fixed bug #63111 (is_callable() lies for abstract static method)
Fixed bug #61442 (exception thrown in __autoload can not be caught
