Someone asked me that I always get an error when installing Yii in win7. It took me 10 minutes to install it. Now my self-learning ability in programming is so poor? If you have not developed a framework yourself, there are still some benefits to using a framework, which can standardize the code.

1. Download yii

2. Use yiic to generate web directory

Create a Web application under 'F:\wamp\www\web'? [yes|no] yes
   mkdir F:/wamp/www/web/assets
   mkdir F:/wamp/www/web/css
  generate css/bg.gif
  generate css/form.css
  generate css/ie.css
  generate css/main.css
  generate css/print.css
  generate css/screen.css
   mkdir F:/wamp/www/web/images
  generate index-test.php

If there is a prompt: php.exe is not an internal command , it means that the environment variable is missing.

The solution is as follows:

Right-click on "My Computer" ==> "Properties" ==> "Advanced" ==> "Environment Variables", find the Path variable, double-click, and add at the end, php can Just the path of the executable file is enough, which is the file path of .exe .

The following is what I added

F:wampphp;F:wampmysqlbin;F:wampApache2bin

Then save it.

C:Windowssystem32>echo %PATH%

Use the above command to check whether there are any newly added environment variables. If not, set PATH=C on the command line: close the CMD window and reopen it.

After installing it, I took a look at the directory generated by Yii. I feel that the directory is relatively clear, including classes, models, views, css/js, pictures, etc. However, there is one thing that makes me feel uncomfortable. It's just that php and html are written together, without templates. It would be more depressing if there were no official plug-ins for Yii. It's not very good to write mixedly, and the website revision is very frustrating.
