新手应使用三要素提示词骨架：主体+数量+基础状态、真实光源描述、光学锚定词+模型指令，确保五官稳定、光影自然、质感真实。
想用leonardo ai生成一张不崩脸、光影自然、看着像真人拍的肖像照，但又不敢乱堆参数、怕一写就出怪脸或塑料皮肤——新手最需要的不是“高级感”模板，而是能稳住五官结构、控制光线方向、避开ai默认失真逻辑的提示词骨架。
先保底：三要素齐备的新人安全提示词
第一步：写清主体+数量+基础状态，用逗号分隔，不加句号。例如：“young East Asian woman, 30 years old, standing naturally, slight smile, looking slightly off-camera”。【必须写明年龄和族裔，否则AI大概率生成欧美面孔+模糊亚洲特征】
第二步：插入一个真实光源描述，绑定空间坐标。比如“soft light from upper left window, gentle shadow under right jawline”。这比写“natural lighting”管用十倍，能强制统一阴影走向，避免左右脸光效打架。
第三步：结尾加一组不可删减的光学锚定词+模型指令。“slight lens flare, shallow depth of field, f/1.8, Sony A7R V, realistic skin texture, photorealistic detail, Realistic_Vision_V6.0, 35 steps, CFG scale 8”。其中“slight lens flare”是真实镜头必有瑕疵，缺它皮肤再细也发假。
按拍摄场景选提示词组合
方法一：窗边静物式人像（适合练手）
“portrait of a woman in white linen shirt, sitting by north-facing window, side-lit, hair catching rim light, muted beige background, subtle skin pores visible, 85mm lens, f/2.0, ISO 400, film grain texture”。这组光路清晰、背景干净，AI不易跑偏，且“muted beige background”能压住默认高饱和倾向。
方法二：街拍抓拍感（需稍调参数）
“candid street portrait of man in denim jacket, walking past brick wall, motion blur on coat sleeve, golden hour light from behind right shoulder, shallow focus on eyes, Fujifilm X-T4, 35mm f/1.4, slight chromatic aberration”。注意这里用了“candid”触发抓拍权重，但必须配“motion blur on coat sleeve”这种局部动态细节，否则AI会把人站成雕塑。
方法三：纯色棚拍风（最容错）
“studio portrait of young woman with black bob haircut, pure charcoal gray background, butterfly lighting setup, soft shadow under nose, creamy skin tone, medium close-up, Canon EOS R5, 85mm f/1.2, shallow depth of field, no retouching, skin texture visible”。蝴蝶光自带面部立体结构，灰背景不抢戏，“no retouching”能压制AI自动磨皮倾向。
新手最容易踩的三个坑及绕过写法
① 别写“perfect skin”“symmetrical face”“looking directly at camera”。这些是AI失真开关，一写就触发影楼摆拍逻辑，眼神发直、嘴角僵硬、耳垂对称得像复制粘贴。改用“natural skin texture with faint freckles”“asymmetrical resting expression”“gaze directed toward lower left corner”。
② 拒绝“sunlight and studio light”这种双主光描述。AI无法并行执行两个强光源指令，结果常是左脸打灯右脸打伞。只留一个主光+最多一个补光，例如“main light: north window diffused, fill light: white foam board bounce from lower right”。
③ “high resolution”“ultra detailed”这类空泛词要删掉。它们不触发任何特定渲染模块，反而稀释真正关键的光学词权重。换成“skin texture visible at 1:1 zoom”“individual eyelash rendering”这种毫米级描述，AI才真去抠细节。
