我这里整理的都是专门为PHP设计的IDE，editplus,Ultra Edit等常用文本工具我就不介绍了！其中一些介绍是从那些下载站里复制过来的！

目前公认的最强大的PHP开发工具，这种集成软件包包括了用于编辑，调试，配置PHP程序所需要的客户及服务器组件，软件包具有工业标准的PHP开发环境，代码完成引擎，功能齐全的调试器等
