PHP文件怎样得到HTML的js数据

PHP文件怎样得到HTML的数据，不是action。
要做多条件查询，比如说医院和科室
意思是有一个php文件，a.php，有两个html文件，医院文件：b.html和科室文件：c.html文件。c文件的action提交到a.html文件。但是a文件怎样得到b文件的数据，这个数据存在js里，通过js传递给a文件

php是由服务器解析的，php先与js被运行，所以不可能直接赋值，但你可以利用url传值
