pecl安装VLD错误，求解救

用pecl命令安装VLD，出现下面错误，The DSP vld.dsp does not exists.使用的是 安装手册上的命令：pecl install channel://pecl.php.net/vld-0.10.1
请大侠们指点。

不知道这个方法在windows上是否可行，一般windows上更建议采用 php_vld.dll 编译好的版本进行安装
