PHP 与ORACLE链接问题

环境为：win7+WampServer2.2(PHP为5.3）
启用了oci
但是在执行语句过程中报：
( ! ) Warning: oci_fetch_array() [function.oci-fetch-array]: ORA-24374: 在读取或执行并读取之前没有完成定义 in F:\wamp\www\piaobo\oracle.php on line 36
所以求助各位大侠！！
